Quality Excellence Award

The US Family Health Plan Quality Excellence Award is designed to recognize and reward participating network organizations and provider groups for their achievements in delivering the highest quality care and service, as well as for demonstrating improving performance. The award is intended to raise awareness about the importance of quality and performance excellence. The award is not given for specific products or services. One award will be given annually to a provider judged to be outstanding in one or more of the following areas:

• Customer and market focus
  • Access and service
  • Staying healthy
  • Getting better
  • Living with illness
• Process management and results
  • Performance Improvement Projects
