Where We Are

US Family Health Plan from Brighton Marine is available to eligible beneficiaries residing in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, parts of southern New Hampshire, and parts of northern Connecticut . We have 30 hospitals, over 700 primary care providers, and nearly 4,000 specialists located throughout our service area. Our administrative offices, including our walk-in Member Relations office, are located at the Brighton Marine Health Center , at 77 Warren Street , Brighton , MA 02135 . The Member Relations is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for you to drop by with questions about your US Family Health Plan benefits.
