Who We Are

US Family Health Plan is available in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, parts of southern New Hampshire, and parts of northern Connecticut  through its sponsoring organization, Brighton Marine Health Center.

US Family Health Plan from Brighton Marine is a designated provider of the TRICARE Prime uniform benefit, which covers doctors and specialists visits, hospitalization, prescriptions, and medical emergencies anywhere. In addition, we provide benefits above and beyond what TRICARE offers, at no extra cost to our members. There are no claim forms, very little paperwork, no deductibles, no hidden costs, no exclusions for pre-existing conditions, and no worries about catastrophic medical expenses.

Though the Plan's administrative offices are located at the Brighton Marine Health Center, health care is provided locally through our extensive provider network, which is comprised of over 3,000 physicians affiliated with over 20 hospitals located throughout our service area.
