US Family Health Plan at CHRISTUS Health cares for uniformed services beneficiaries in southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana . We have over 500 Primary Care Physicians and Specialists to chose from. We even have on-site Patient Advocates to help you with any questions you may have. These Patient Advocates are located at CHRISTUS St. Mary's Hospital, CHRISTUS St. Catherine Hospital, CHRISTUS St. John Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center.
