The Member Services and Provider Inquiry Department within Martin's Point is here providing courteous, friendly, and professional customer service to our members and providers by:
- Providing education to members on how to access TRICARE benefits through the US Family Health Plan at Martin's Point
- Responding to member and provider inquiries concerning member eligibility, claims status, benefits, and authorizations
- Researching and coordinating resolution of member and provider issues
- Assisting members with primary care provider changes
- Coordinating the member appeal process
Our department consists of a manager, Health Benefits Advisor (HBA), Member Services Representatives, and Provider Inquiry Representatives – all trained and enthusiastic to take care of your needs.
