Where We Are

The service area for the US Family Health Plan at Martin's Point includes all of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and 32 counties in northeastern New York. We have an extensive network of excellent providers to choose from and are adding new providers each month.

Members in Portland and Brunswick, Maine, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, may also receive care at Martin's Point Health Care Centers. Our health care centers offer a variety of Primary Care options as well as onsite pharmacies, radiology, and labs.
